For the past few months, we have been working extremely hard on building our automated interviewing program, ACASI. After extensive testing within our main project office, we have sent the automated interview to other team members for review. Our next step is to recruit pilot participants to test out ACASI and as a new member of the PARTNRS team, I am looking forward to this wonderful experience.

PARTNRS second focus group was held on Thursday, June 14th, at PARTNRS office. Seven women confirmed that they would be in attendance, but ultimately only three were able to make it. This was a testiment to how busy their lives are. The three women that were in attendance provided substantial information, which we know will help aid us in our process as we become closer to recruiting.

In the earlier part of last week, PARTNRS also met with St. Raphael’s staff to go over our study, introduce the research assistants who will be recruiting at their clinic, and provide all materials that will be displayed at St. Raphael’s to help with the recruitment process. We are very excited to be partnered with this staff at St. Raphael’s.
