As I currently work on preparing yet another progress report to our funding agency, the NIH, I can’t help but think back to all that we’ve accomplished and experienced in the past year.  I’m proud to finally be able to fill in the blanks on the enrollment table, marking that we’ve enrolled 150 people; to report that 95% of our participants have come back for their second interview (why wouldn’t they?!); and to report that we have maintained stellar working relationships with our clinic collaborators, who, although they might not know it, could make or break our project.  Cheers to our participants who proudly share their lives with us and cheers to our project team who make it all happen.
